NAPA, CALIFORNIA — Blistering Pace Race Management (BPRM), a leading race management company specializing in non-profit legacy events and large-scale endurance races, is thrilled to announce that Emily O’Rourke has joined the organization as Operations Manager.

Emily brings a wealth of experience in both volunteer coordination and race operations. Most recently, O’Rourke was part of the team at Spartan Race, where she supported multiple events per year across the country. Prior to Spartan, she worked with the American Junior Golf Association, contributing to national tour logistics and event execution. “I am excited to join Blistering Pace Race Management team and work alongside such a respected and passionate team,” O’Rourke said. “Their commitment to operational success and creating memorable race experiences aligns perfectly with my background and what I value most in the industry.”

In her role as Operations Manager, O’Rourke will work closely with BPRM’s leadership team to support operational planning and execution across the company’s growing portfolio of events. Her background in complex, multi-day event environments aligns seamlessly with BPRM’s commitment to delivering high-quality, unforgettable race experiences that support and further the missions of nonprofit organizations nationwide.

“We are excited to welcome Emily to the growing BPRM team,” said Kevin Pool, Blistering Pace’s Director of Operations. “I am personally looking forward to working closely with her on complicated operational plans and continuing to push the envelope on what we are able to accomplish at our long-standing events.
